Hey! I'm a recent PhD graduate from Carnegie Mellon University, co-advised by Matt O'Toole and Ioannis Gkioulekas. My research focuses on computational methods for designing geometric optics, where I combine differentiable rendering with Markov chain Monte Carlo optimization techniques. I build differentiable simulators that solve both reconstruction problems and design optimization tasks. Currently, I am a research intern at Epic Games working on integrating generative models with artists tools. Before starting my PhD, I worked as a software engineer at Magic Leap and studied Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. |
